Amelia Florence is a talented artist from Hampshire, England, who creates vector art and illustrations that capture the character and personality of her chosen subjects. Her wonderful works are now available to take home with you via a selection of homewares and accessories. Art & Inspiration
Amelia Florence started her creative journey by finger knitting, which then grew to crocheting, normal knitting and machine knitting. Her journey continued as she explored art further, getting into drawing and illustration. She realised that she had a passion for drawing using computer software and a major influence for her works were the animals around her. The original inspiration came from by her Great Dane and Siamese cat.
Capturing Character
As well as creating bold and bright drawings of pets and wild animals, Amelia also explores subjects such as cars and vehicles along with other things that might catch her eye. Amelia Florence views art as a way of communicating as she feels that there is no barrier. She perfectly captures that longing look from Jack the dog or the curiosity of Glenda the Guernsey cow.
