Personalised items and made to order items may take longer, but you will be advised of this, as part of the product description. The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you require are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening a full refund will be made.
Free deliveries can only be made to UK addresses, including BFPO and Channel Islands. Delivery to non-UK addresses, will be charged cost of carriage in addition to the cost of the product. We use Royal Mail for the large majority of our deliveries. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, or give alternative delivery instructions when placing your order.

Returns
Extended Christmas Returns
You have until the 31st January 2024 to return any items purchased between 25th November and 24th December 2023.
You have the right to cancel the contract and receive a full refund within seven days of placement of order, or seven days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the later. However, we will only accept unwanted products for refund provided that they are returned complete with all packaging and in an un-used and re-sellable condition. You must inform us by telephoning 023 80600623, or by email, your intention to cancel your order. Once the goods have been received by us, a full refund for the purchase price will be issued. For your own protection, we advise you to keep a posting receipt of any goods you return. Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
