August Blog

The past month has flown by, and we’re now in August! While I’ll miss the long summer evenings, I look forward to embracing autumn fashion. I love layering up for the new season.

As my mum, Karen, works diligently to fulfill orders, I’m focusing on crafting the August blog. There’s a lot to share with everyone – while my health isn’t the best, I find joy in the arrival of new products. Speaking of which, we have delightful new additions to our inventory, from charming dog bowls to even more captivating hare statues that effortlessly enhance the cosiness of any room.

July Blog

Oh July already, this year has passed swiftly, particularly with the numerous appointments that have filled my schedule. For those who may be unfamiliar, I manage Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, BPD, and Fibromyalgia, among other health conditions. I am deeply appreciative of my Mum’s assistance in fulfilling the numerous orders we have received, but also always guiding me, also I must thank every customer for their continued support.

I try to write a new blog post every month, and I’ve been keeping up with this goal. It’s really exciting to see all the new ideas we’re coming up with at Animal Gifts and watch them turn into reality.

An example is our new clearance page where we sell end-of-line products and bargains. Keep looking, as it is ever-changing.

As well as ensuring that all items are in stock and ready for sale, it’s essential to highlight the arrival of our new products. We are continuously searching for items that will delight and satisfy our valued customers.

Whether it’s our new flamingos and geese or our strong-selling items like Roy Kirkham cups and saucers, plus Quail Ceramics we do aim to please so have a browse and remember our packaging from tape to nuggets is all ready for the recycling bin.

Mother’s Day

Hi everyone,

It’s been more than a while since I’ve done a blog post so I will now be doing one for every month.

If you don’t know Animal Gifts is run by my mum Karen and I. We make the perfect mother-daughter duo.

Has Spring Sprung?

Hello there, 

Sorry, it’s been so long since we settled down for a chat. How are you keeping? Are you enjoying the spring? I’m not sure that it’s quite sprung yet, but we are certainly enjoying it here at Animal Gifts Towers, and fear not our scarves from Quintessential are perfect for keeping that brisk spring breeze at bay. We have had a very busy Easter period, but never fear! There is still plenty of time to get your hands on something delightful to brighten up your garden or bring a little joy to your kitchen. Our Roy Kirkham china brings the joy of spring to your table. There is a cup or mug for every occasion, and with these designs, it will feel like you’re spoiling yourself every day. 

We have been celebrating a number of birthdays in the past few weeks, and they were made all the more special with our Amelia Florence Gift wrap, which is perfect for anyone and everyone celebrating a special day. Why not add to their day by bringing the joys of spring into your home with our delightful vases and hanging baskets? 

If you have particularly green fingers it may interest you to know that all of the packaging is recyclable and our packing peanuts? (not sure what they’re called) are compostable. Hello November

Hello everyone, here we are again, as the nights are drawing in and there’s that magical winter nip in the air. How are we all feeling about the approach of christmas? Excited? Or slightly worried about how quickly the year is flying by and what we’re all going to do for presents this christmas? Worry not! Animal Gifts is here to save the day! Easter 2022

Our Promise

Hi everyone,

I hope you are safe and well. In this blog post I will be talking about our promise to help the planet as it’s a very important cause and close to our hearts to cut down on plastics.

We urge you to do your bit for the planet by recycling our packaging which we are working on to get it as good for the planet as possible.

We currently pack your orders using eco-fill, we will also look to use paper instead of bubble wrap and hopefully paper tape as well.

I am wishing you a productive and happy week ahead. This weekend we took part in counting butterflies, which helps indicate climate change, as different butterflies appear at different times of the year – weather dependant.

We look forward to a more eco-friendly future, which should actually help a lot more animals around the world!

If you took part in the butterfly count then why not treat yourself to a butterfly product, like this bookmark!

Our Suffolk sheep flower vases have been extremely popular and we are thrilled to have these back in stock again, in both the black and white faced options.

Your Home Is Your Castle!

Make your home into a castle whether it’s big, small or perfectly in-between. I love decluttering and with more and more people spending time at home or in the garden, the time has come to revamp our homes making them a palace with all the things we love surrounding us. There are many ways to declutter just pick a way that suits yourself. I constantly ask myself if I really need items or do they bring me happiness and Joy. Doing decluttering is very therapeutic for me and makes me feel a lot more organised instantly. If you struggle with this process try putting some of your favourite music on to help.

Once you’ve got rid of the old it’s time to think if you’re happy or not, you may need to fill in the gaps a little, this is where our website can be very helpful as at Animal Gifts 4 U we take all our pictures in our own home and garden so be sure to take a look.

We are constantly updating our home and our products inspire us to indulge in our home, after all it’s more than just a roof over our heads.

Thank You!

Hello to all our lovely customers, I would like to say a big thank you, to each and every one of you. I know the year isn’t over yet but we are getting close and I am so grateful for everyone who purchases or even just reads this blog post! We have had an amazing run up to Christmas this year but also have faced a busy year in general, so please know I appreciate you all.

I would also like to thank my mother – Karen, she is truly amazing, we have personally faced a tough year. I have cerebral palsy which I have had from birth but this year I found out that I also have borderline personality disorder and also what the doctors think is Fibromyalgia. For me this is a horrible thing to have to go through as you can imagine, I suffer terribly from mood swings but the one thing that has been constant is my mother’s love her, her passion for me to not give up keeps me going everyday and there is nothing I can do to thank her enough. She works every hour of everyday to make my life easier with Animal Gifts and the volume of orders but also my appointments.

We love hearing from our customers about their Animal Gifts experience we get a lot of comments on how well our parcels are packed or how efficient we are with timing, that is because my mother is amazing at what she does with Animal Gifts and she’s also an amazing mother to myself. I wish I could shout it from the roof tops, that I have the best mother there is.
